Our Leadership Team

Wildflower’s strategic vision is customer-centric. Our leaders, current and those waiting in the wings, are not wedded to the past, but to the role we have earned in an expanded universe of opportunity. How we see and present ourselves is critical to bringing others – our staff, customers, and suppliers – into that vision. The Executive Leadership Team not only brings a wealth of talent and depth of experience to bear, but they also have a lot of heart, and that goes a long way. Please meet them …

Kimberly deCastro
PRESIDENT AND CEO

A native of Santa Fe, Kimberly founded Wildflower International Ltd. from her daughter’s bedroom in 1991. Her goal was to create a company based on honesty and integrity and to foster an environment of balance between work and home for everyone. Groomed by its first major contract for the Department of Energy, Wildflower is now the first-class federal contractor that Kimberly always knew it could be. Her non-conventional approach is the cornerstone of the company’s success. It’s reflected in everything from the company’s branding to its day to day operations and leaves Wildflower open to fresh ideas.

In her free time, Kimberly can be found working in her garden and tending to her chickens. In 1998 she was honored by the Department of the Interior with a national award for “Land Stewardship and Development” for her restoration of local wetlands. Her efforts stretched across 5,000 acres to improve the environment for wildlife and people alike. Kimberly sees success as her personal responsibility – for Wildflower, for our local communities, and our customers.
