The DHS FirstSource III contract is designed to enhance the Department of Homeland Security’s IT infrastructure by providing a streamlined vehicle for acquiring commercially available IT commodities and related services. As a multiple-award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract, it supports the procurement of a wide range of IT hardware, software, and services across DHS, with a ceiling value of $10 billion.
