Welcome to Wildflower's portal to all things USCIS MDO II, a Master Delivery Order (MDO) for IT products and services specifically tailored to the needs of the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. The MDO II contract allows the Office of Information Technology (OIT) to standardize the IT hardware integrated into the current infrastructure
The catalog is consistent with USCIS and DHS IT and Security standards that are delivered to USCIS office locations in the Contiguous United States (CONUS) and Outside Contiguous United States (OCONUS). Basic installation and deployment services may be included in larger orders to supplement existing IT support as USCIS continues to move forward with its refresh cycle, which is an aggressive schedule to replace 25% percent of aging infrastructure each year. Ancillary services include imaging, storage, and handling of equipment.
Wildflower's mission is to ensure timely, well-choreographed performance at each site, coupled with friendly, efficient customer support. Our successful delivery on this contract rests on three elements that underpin our ability to exceed expectations: tools, people, and processes. They allow us to handle high volumes, highly complex orders, and rapidly accommodating urgent requirements as they emerge.
The Contractor provides IT Hardware as defined by the USCIS Equipment Functional Specifications and current U.S. Department of Homeland Security standards. Wildflower provides equipment to all USCIS office locations, here and abroad.
